The ASQ Awards, known worldwide for assessing airport customer experiences, utilize passenger feedback to identify top-performing airports globally. Criteria such as cleanliness, amenities, staff assistance, wayfinding, and security contribute to the rankings. Only the top 20% of airports in overall satisfaction scores, categorized by size and region, receive this esteemed award.

In 2023, ASQ collected over 600,000 passenger surveys, providing valuable insights to airports worldwide. With participation from more than 400 airports across 109 countries, the program helps identify trends, establish benchmarks, and meet evolving passenger expectations.
