Ten Rooms Ybor brings an upscale restaurant, cocktail bars, and a cafe to historic area

Ten Rooms (1536 E 7th Ave) is primed to be the newest must-visit food and entertainment destinations in Tampa Bay. The dynamic team steering the ship on this exciting project features Ro Patel, a seasoned Tampa Bay food and beverage connoisseur celebrated for his ventures like Ciro’s Speakeasy and Anise Global Gastro Bar, and Zach Pace, a restaurant operator and sommelier with a track record that speaks volumes.

Pace’s journey includes contributions to two acclaimed San Francisco eateries: Lazy Bear, a prestigious two-Michelin star gem, and Aphotic, where his expertise helped secure a Michelin star and the elusive Green Star—a remarkable feat achieved just three months after its opening.

Located at 1536 E 7th Ave, Ten Rooms is described as a creative food/retail hub offering a thoughtful mix of art, dining experiences, shopping, small bites, and private event spaces, attentively bridging elements from Centro Ybor’s past, present, and future.

The multiple components of Ten Rooms include:

• Bar Martinez, a bar and restaurant specializing in American fine dining and featuring southeastern and European influences. The name honors Vicente Martinez Ybor, the city’s founder, and is a nod to the Martinez cocktail, the precursor to the modern-day Martini. The menu will boast a dry-aged beef program and culinary partnerships with farms and ranches across the state, region and country.
• Geneveive the Cat, the sister bar space featuring cocktails on tap crafted by Founder & Managing Partner Ro Patel.
• The Shop at Ten Rooms, a boutique retail and art destination featuring rotating vendors, resident artists, unique gifting, specialty items and lifestyle goods.
• The Café at Ten Rooms, a modern daytime coffee shop and bakery serving pressed juices, French baked goods and craveable savory bites from morning to afternoon.
