TPA ranks 1st in the Airport Service Quality Awards

Doechii, Isaiah Rodgers, Tampa International Airport (TPA), we’re just a city of champions. For the second year in a row, TPA has secured its spot as the best in North America. The Airports Council International (ACI) ranked TPA #1 in its annual Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards, placing it ahead of airports handling 15-25 million passengers in 2024.

The ASQ Awards rely on passenger surveys to measure everything from cleanliness and amenities to staff helpfulness and security. With more than 700,000 surveys conducted worldwide, these rankings set the gold standard for airport customer experience.

TPA has a long history of quality service

TPA isn’t new to the top spot. Over the past decade, it has consistently ranked #1 in its category. This year, it landed an overall satisfaction score of 4.40, beating out Dallas Love Field (DAL) by 0.17 points.

And it’s only getting better. Travelers can look forward to new Red Express Curbs and the highly anticipated Airside D project, promising an even smoother airport experience.

With back-to-back wins and big upgrades on the way, Tampa International Airport keeps proving why it’s the best place to take off.
