According to Southern Living, top Southern cities have “arts and culture, fantastic food, sporting events, and shopping” while maintaining their own distinct energy. Tampa, known for its picturesque bay and historic Ybor City, stands out with its Cuban influence, thriving nightlife, and renowned waterfront attractions like the Tampa Riverwalk.
