Happy Lemon is a beloved bubble tea shop with locations across the country. They’ve recently debuted their newest brick-and-mortar at 11642 N Dale Mabry Highway. The bubbly menu features hot and cold milk teas, plus refreshing smoothies and fruit teas.
The wide array of toppings have captivated visitors from across the country. Toppings like tapioca, lychee jelly, and salted cheese are up for grabs, adding that extra oomph (especially if you’re posting your tea retreat on Instagram). The tea used in the beverages at Happy Lemon locations is shipped in from Taiwan. I’ve yet to experience their cheese tea, but early viitors are raving about the flavor profile. It’s currently sitting at a perfect 5-stars from its Google reviews, with those reviewers singing the praises of the almost too-pretty-to-eat bubble waffles.
