Tons of comfort food items on the menu at Modern Market
The brand hopes to partner with qualified franchisees who can bring eight new restaurants to Tampa within the next six to seven years. Each Modern Market Eatery will bring up to 25 full- and part-time jobs to the area.

Modern Market Eatery first began offering franchise opportunities in 2021 to accelerate the company’s growth. The brand is currently growing with its largest franchisee, Thrive Restaurant Group, which has opened two locations in the greater Kansas City area and has a multiunit agreement to open 39 more in eight additional markets.
