From the moment I stepped into Ajisai, I was greeted by an ambiance that was reminiscent of sushi bars in Las Vegas with their wall-to-wall LED screens. Ajisai delivered as one of the best AYCE experiences in Florida that I’ve personally ever had. The selection of sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri was nothing short of impressive, with each bite bursting with freshness and flavor. From classic favorites like California rolls and spicy tuna rolls to inventive creations like the USF roll, every dish is crafted with precision and care.

Ajisai serves up tasty dumplings and drink specials
A couple of standout dishes were the spider roll as well as the shumai. These delicate dumplings were bursting with the perfect balance of flavor and a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness that left me craving more.
Ajisai also offers a tempting drink special from Monday through Thursday. Ladies are treated to one free drink, while gentlemen can enjoy two-for-one drink specials.
The staff was also very attentive and friendly, despite my copious amount of orders… Whether you’re a sushi, ramen, or hibachi enthusiast, or simply someone looking for bang for your buck, Ajisai is a destination that promises culinary bliss, and a very full stomach.
