Clearwater Beach’s first eco-friendly hotel officially opens, Winter the Dolphin’s Beach Club


The Clearwater Marine Aquarium just announced the debut of the area’s first eco-friendly hotel!

Winter the Dolphin’s Beach Club was developed as the first eco-friendly hotel on Clearwater Beach. The hotel honors the spirit of rescued marine life with Clearwater Marine Aquarium’s most famous rescued resident animal, Winter the Dolphin. 

Your stay at the new Beach Club contributes to a good cause.

Funds from each room night will go toward animal care, education, research and conservation of marine animals.

Guests enjoy a stunning view of Clearwater’s famous Sand Key Park and Clearwater Pass. Enjoy the white This hotel is close to Clearwater Marine Aquarium, and when the end of the day nears, join the celebration at Sunsets at Pier 60.

Winter the Dolphin’s Beach Club is the first CMA-certified hotel with measures to protect marine life including sea turtle safe lighting, the elimination of single-use plastics, and special window treatments to reduce energy use while minimizing the harmful effects of sun glare off of the Gulf.
