An eco-friendly tiny home village is opening in the Tampa Bay area

An eco-friendly Tiny Home Village is expanding in the Tampa Bay Area. An entire village of the minimalist structures first emerged in the region a couple of years ago. Called ESCAPE Tiny Home Village, this concept features 10 eco-friendly custom built tiny homes. This all comes from ESCAPE CEO Dan George Dobrowolski, Design Consultant Kelly Davis, and Bill Kurshinsky. The Village is located just off a brand new, lighted four lane road in 11008 US-301 in Thonotosassa. A new project that’s triple the size of, and situated adjacent, to the original is opening soon.

Tiny RV home builder, ESCAPE Homes has announced a new March pre-sale of the first tiny homes at ESCAPE Tampa Bay – The Oaks, a new multimillion dollar expansion of the original village that sold out within months. The first in-person open house to view homes will take place on April 1 from 11am-3pm. Visit their website for more information.

“Tampa is booming,” says ESCAPE founder, Dan Dobrowolski. “Forbes says it’s Florida’s best place to live and demand for our first ESCAPE Tampa Bay Village was so strong that we developed a multimillion dollar expansion of the next phase of tiny living next door.”

Multiple eco-friendly units on the property

Each unit offers architectural details with thoughtful layouts that are perfect for anyone who loves convenience and comfort. In addition, there are multiple EscapeSpace units on site which are private spaces designed for work or private relaxing.

The entire property has been redone and all of the utilities in the Village are new. Water, sewer and garbage/recycling, along with parking, are included free with lot and rental units. All units have their own laundry facilities and are completely climate controlled. Items not included in the monthly rent include power, internet and propane assuming the unit uses LP.
