Bourbon & Bow Ties Art on the Walk is an ongoing community art project permanently exhibited on the Riverwalk. The current exhibit is Power to the People: The Bill of Rights. Produced in conjunction with James A. Haley Veterans Affairs Hospital and the National Endowment for the Arts’ Creative Forces initiative, Power to the People: The Bill of Rights is presented as part of Straz Salutes, a program offering opportunities for veterans and their families to connect with the arts.
