The Lab Coffee is a Tampa staple for devoted coffee goers, and they just opened a brand new bakery to go alongside their selection of delicious brew.
As one of the most loved coffee joints in Tampa, The Lab gets a lot of traffic. For a while, The Lab has produced mouthwatering bagels made fresh every day. Well, now, we can expect a whole lot more. With the introduction of a brand new bakery, customers can enjoy fresh pastries, cookies, sweet loaves, turnovers and more, in addition to their always-popular burritos, empanadas, and bagels. For someone like me who likes to work from coffee shops, this adds a whole new dimension (and some more crumbs on my keyboard).

The Lab Coffee has humble beginnings. Started by three friends all from the Tampa area, The Lab began in a rented spare room in a small building. Now, the brand has multiple locations and a dedicated following. And whatever they do next, we’ll be tuned in.
With a location in West Tampa and one in Seminole Heights, The Lab Coffee has been one of those places ideal for remote workers, quick coffee grabs, and bagel cravings. Now, with more baked goods available, the Lab Coffee continues to grow and evolve. Their baked treats are available in both locations.
