A new date has been set for the Tampa Bay Chocolate Festival. The organizers did their best, but obvisouly they can’t control the weather. The good news it’s coming back better than ever in the fall. It’s one of the best, and sweetest events of the year! Tampa Bay Chocolate Festival at Gulf View Square Mall (9409 US-19, Port Richey). The event takes place on September 14 and 15 from noon-5pm both days, and is free and open to the public. Savory, sweet, and now spicy, this chocolate-themed festival will see food vendors offer their normal menu items, in addition to signature sweet creations.
The festival is a two-day celebration of all things chocolate, with tons of vendors from all over the country selling everything from chocolate truffles and bars to chocolate-covered pretzels and popcorn, and even dessert pancake tacos. There will also be live entertainment, demonstrations, and chocolate-themed activities for all ages.
Generation Championship Wrestling will also be back. If you have any affinity for this brand of sports entertainment, then this is the event for you. We highly recommend you follow GCW on Facebook to keep up with all of their events across the state.
The organizers note that this is a themed food event. Food vendors will have specific items made for the chocolate festival, in addition to their regular offerings.
Vegetarian, gluten-free, keto, paleo, and pescatarian options will be available at the event. The event is pet friendly, however, you will still need to bring whatever you need to take care of said pet.
Keep up with the latest details on the Facebook event page – you can also see a full list of participating market and food vendors at the event.
