Cru begins hiring for 3 new restaurants opening soon in Tampa

Cru Hospitality Group, parent company of Cru Cellars, is looking to fill positions for its
three upcoming concepts — Bouzy, Small Giant and Wine on Water — as they prepare to open for business across Tampa. Wine on Water will bring a stunning wine garden to Water Street Tampa. Bouzy is set to be a super chic champagne and bubbly bar in beautiful Hyde Park Village. Small Giant will bring great pizzas and bar staples to Water Street, along with a stellar array of craft beers.

As details are finalized, Cru Hospitality Group is currently accepting applications online for each concept’s team. Available positions include bartender, host, server, line cook, retail wine team member and more. Positions are posted online now. Pay varies by position and experience. Cru Hospitality Group started with Cru Cellars in 2010 with its Palma Ceia location and has since grown to three locations across Tampa. Now, the restaurant group will expand to bring these three concepts to the region and extend the brand further into Tampa’s modern dining and beverage scenes.
