Cora at Water Street Tampa is the newest residential building to open in Water Street, adding even more options and amenities to the growing district.
388 new homes are now open in the burgeoning Water Street community thanks to the completion of ‘Cora at Water Street Tampa.’ The new residential building announced that it is officially welcoming new tenants into its variety of residences ranging from studios up to three-bedroom apartments.
The well-appointed dwellings offer tons of a natural light and downtown views with their floor-to-ceiling windows, complemented by Caesarstone quartz counters, custom European cabinetry and state-of-the-art kitchen appliances by Fisher & Paykel. Tampa-based real estate development firm Strategic Property Partners, LLC, the group behind Cora, said designs for the building’s interior spaces were “inspired by Tampa’s rich and textured history,” and the amenities available reflect a commitment to giving residents a luxury living experience right outside their door.
