St. Pete’s loss is Tampa’s gain. The We Belong Here music festival, which made its Tampa Bay Area debut in St. Pete last year, announced that it is moving to Tampa for 2026. The three-day festival will take place December 11-13 outside Armature Works.
One of the most visually striking music festivals in the country, We Belong Here is known for its unforgettable experiences in iconic locations. The boutique-style, electronic music festival was headlined by Odesza, Kaskade, Elderbrook, and Lane 8 last year. The experience was a massive hit among attendees, but it turned out to be less popular with its neighbors. Noise complaints led to the festival’s switch from the Tampa Bay waterfront at the St. Pete Pier to the riverfront in Tampa at Armature Works.

No headline acts have been announced yet, though we expect that news in the semi-near future. As for the setup and experience, organizers say the 360 Stage, Pier Stage, and the Lost Village will feature more than 40 artists over the festival’s three days, “with production that complements the location’s natural beauty, and does not rely on LED walls or visual spectacle.” The dance floor, they say, is intentionally oversized to ensure there is always room to dance comfortably.
There is a loyalty presale open now to those who purchased tickets last year, and general public sales will begin on September 4. Single-day and two-day tickets won’t be available until the full lineup is announced. More information can be found here.
