The Blend is a sweet new coffee shop serving the city of Tampa. The caffeinated business first debuted in St. Petersburg in 2020, and has since expanded with several brick-and-mortar locations in the Sunshine City. This cafe is renowned for its strong and sweet white espresso, in addition to its super cute latte flights. You can visit The Blend at 9951 W Hillsborough Ave 6am-7pm during the week, and 7am-6pm on weekends.
She pretty immediately fell in love with this area and began setting roots. The Blend boasts a bit of everything. At most Blend brick-and-mortars, customers will find an ample selection of wines, beers, and of course coffee.

That’s in addition to amazing baked goods, smoothies, and fresh roasts to-go. Recent fall offerings at The Blend have included Boo-Berry Lattes, white chocolate and caramel espresso, pumpkin cold foam, and peach cobbler lattes.
Owner Stacha Madsen has opened several concepts in the Northwest, but was needing a bit of Sunshine a few years ago. So, Madsen googled “cities with the most days of sunshine” and sure enough neighboring St. Pete popped up. That’s right, we’re a region with good SEO.
