St. Pete’s Station House to Open 2nd Co-Work Space in Hyde Park

PRESS RELEASE

Hyde Park Village announces the groundbreaking of Block H, the final phase of the nearly 300,000 square foot development. This new space will offer approximately 60,000 square feet of retail and restaurant options, with Station House Hyde Park as the newest tenant. Covering approximately 30,000 square feet of the top level of the two-story building, Station House Hyde Park is part of a lifestyle and community co-work brand that allows for flexible memberships, shared office space, conference space, as well as opportunities to network and a variety of business services and special events.

Station House Hyde Park will be reciprocal with its communal co-working concept across the bridge in St. Petersburg at the original five-story building, along with other lifestyle brands and hotels operated by its founder. The project provides access to those who live, work and enjoy social and networking time on both sides of the bay. Located directly across from Vineyard Vines on the south side of Snow Avenue, Station House Hyde Park will be an epicenter for tech, creatives, business professionals and entrepreneurs who aspire to work in a contemporary and fashionable space.

“Station House is more than a business center, it is a lifestyle community that strives to enrich both the guest and member’s need for social interaction. Our space is dynamic, changing daily according to the needs of our guests and members who work and meet there, enjoy social time and network for business or social reasons,” said Steve Gianfilippo, founder of Station House. “We chose Hyde Park Village because it reflects the personality, lifestyle and amenities our prospects will appreciate and enjoy. We are honored to have been chosen by Samantha and her team for this project. This is a dream location for us with a dream developer that shares the same lifestyle vision we do.”

Hyde Park Village’s Beautification Project began in 2015 and is set to be completed in 2019 with the final construction of Block H. The renovations are part of WS Development’s efforts to revitalize this iconic retail destination and have attracted tenants, such as Sur la Table, bartaco, Kendra Scott, Paper Source, On Swann and Vineyard Vines.

“Station House embodies everything we were hoping to bring to the Village. It will not only be a stunningly beautiful space but one which is full of energy and designed as a true hub for the community,” said Samantha Perry David, Chief Operating Officer at WS Development. “We said that we would scour the world to bring in the best of the best and in this case, Steve and his team were right in our backyard. They are world class operators and the perfect partners to anchor this next phase of the Village, our most exciting building to date.”

Hyde Park Village is now accepting meetings for tenant prospects on the first floor of the Station House building. For more information about Station House, contact info@stationhousestpete.com or visit stationhousestpete.com and @stationhousedtsp.
