rendering of three waterfront condo towers

Marina Pointe is a key part of Tampa’s emergence as a luxury destination. Located on a private peninsula in the 52-acre Westshore Marina District, this development blends sophisticated design with high-end amenities, making it a standout in the city’s luxury real estate market. Its waterfront location is attracting affluent buyers from across the nation and around the world.

Newly released renderings showcase Marina Pointe’s unique architecture, which merges Mediterranean influences with contemporary elegance. The condominium estates offer spacious floor plans and expansive terraces with sweeping views of the private deepwater marina. Inside, the residences are designed for luxurious living. Gourmet kitchens feature European-style cabinetry and high-end appliances, suitable for everyday use and entertaining. The owner’s suites are designed to provide a spa-like experience, with premium fixtures and spacious walk-in closets. Each home includes carefully selected finishes and innovative design elements that cater to refined tastes.

A 159-slip private marina sets Marina Pointe apart as a unique feature in the Tampa Bay area. Residents can dock yachts ranging from 40 to 90 feet just steps from their homes, providing direct access to the waterfront lifestyle that defines the development.

“The release of these new renderings marks a pivotal moment for Marina Pointe and Tampa’s luxury real estate market,” said Dominic Pickering, Executive Director of Marina Pointe. “These images beautifully encapsulate our vision of waterfront living, where luxury and sophistication harmonize with the natural beauty of Tampa Bay.”

Marina Pointe meets rising demand for luxury waterfront properties

As Tampa’s job market grows and the city remains relatively affordable with a high quality of life, Marina Pointe is preparing to meet the rising demand for luxury waterfront properties. The development’s second tower, featured in new renderings, will include 151 condos ranging from 1,100 to 3,300 square feet, with prices from the high $700,000s to over $4 million. This tower will also feature seven exclusive Harbour Homes, each 3,300 square feet.

Marina Pointe has hired Coastal Construction as the general contractor to oversee pre-construction planning for the remaining phases of the three-tower project. Construction on the second tower is expected to start later this year.

The planned third tower will offer condos ranging from 1,600 to 3,700 square feet, with prices between $900,000 and over $6 million, targeting buyers seeking an ultra-luxurious waterfront lifestyle.
