The Feinstein Group, renowned for its hospitality ventures like the Black Pearl and Sonder Social Club, announces its latest project: The Highland House. This new dining establishment will lead the food and beverage operations at the historic Dunedin Golf Club (1050 Palm Boulevard), which is undergoing a multi-million dollar restoration. Set to become the dining anchor of the club, The Highland House will be accessible to both members and the public.
The Highland House at Dunedin Golf Club will offer upscale casual dining with New American Cuisine at affordable prices. Besides dining, it will provide beverage and catering services and event spaces for weddings and parties in its 15,000-sq. ft venue. The grand opening is set for Friday, November 1, 2024, and it will be open to both members and non-members.

The newly crafted menu was designed by Chef Rob Reinsmith—Executive Chef & Co-Owner of the renowned Wild Child in St. Pete and a recent star on Beat Bobby Flay. Chef Rob has infused the menu with his signature creative flair, offering a selection of innovative and unique dishes. Whether you’re joining for a special occasion or a casual meal, Highland House promises a dining experience that seamlessly blends elegance with an elevated atmosphere, all within the stunning setting of the newly renovated Dunedin Golf Club.

“Zach’s first job was at the Dunedin Golf Club, so there’s a nostalgia that comes along with this project; the Club is in our back yard, and it’s near and dear to our hearts,” said Christina Feinstein, Co-Owner of The Feinstein Group. “We feel a responsibility to give the Dunedin community a special space where they can have a great meal, hold events and make memories.”

The Highland House’s arrival at Dunedin Golf Club aligns with the city’s restoration plans, investing $6.4 million to restore the club to its original Donald Ross Design from when the course opened in 1927. This partnership is a blend of tradition and innovation, promising a revitalized atmosphere for the community to enjoy.
