Tampa is a hot market for food trucks. There are ample underutilized lots, breweries, and recurring neighborhood events for owners to park their mobile kitchens and serve an eager (and hungry) audience. Florida Penguin Productions, an organization dedicated to putting on engaging food festivals, has announced the International Food Truck Festival at Tampa Premium Outlets on April 6 and 7.
Tickets to this event are just $5, and kids under 18 get in free. Organizers will be fundraising for three different charities in Pasco County during the festivities.
Not only is the international food truck festival family-friendly, but because it’s outdoors, it’s also pet-friendly.
