The 12th Annual International Cuban Sandwich Festival returns to Centennial Park in Tampa on May 28. There’s no better way to welcome in the new season than with plate after plate of savory lechon.
This year, as with every year, participants will look to set a world record when they construct a Cuban sandwich longer than 200 feet in length. In years past, vendors have traveled from Los Angeles, Atlanta, France, and even South Korea to compete for the official “Best Cuban Sandwich” title.
