Florida Avenue Brewing to debut massive brewery, beer garden in Wesley Chapel

On October 14, The Sinclair Group announced the completed construction on the renovation of a 38,000 SF building for the new Florida
Avenue Brewing Co. in Wesley Chapel. This is a major win for the local community.

Florida Avenue will offer north Tampa and Pasco County an award-winning brewery and restaurant experience including an outdoor beer garden, full service restaurant, and multiple private event spaces for corporate events and private functions.

In addition, the expansion will increase capabilities for packaging and distribution.

The new location was a renovation of an abandoned fitness facility at 2029 Arrowgrass Drive in Wesley Chapel. The Sinclair Group served as the general contractor and ASD/SKY served as the architect of record.

The Sinclair Group has a 25-year history building restaurants, including Salt Shack on the Bay, Portillo’s, PDQ, La Segunda, Yummy House, Counter Culture and more.
