Dough Nation: Cookie Dough with a Cause


Bringing together the trendy dessert concept of raw edible cookie dough and doing good for the community. Dough Nation is serving several flavors including the classic favorites like dark chocolate, s’mores and more.

Chef Cliff Barsi is behind this new concept, he has created the perfect concoction with just the right ingredients.

Dough Nation will serve as a training platform for the students of the Metropolitan Ministries culinary program transitioning out of the homelessness. Several graduates of this program now work at the best local restaurants.

All proceeds from your purchases from Dough Nations will go directly to feed the hungry in Tampa Bay.
