Conquer Youth Young Lions Obstacle Course
Does your kid have what it takes to be a ninja warrior? Odds are the answer is yes. This epic one mile course features 10 crazy fun obstacles! Ages 5 through 17 are welcome! Sign up for the wave of your choosing, starting at 9am. Most Young Lions take approximately 25 minutes to complete the race and may run as many laps as they want, parents are welcome to accompany them through the course if desired. There will be water available at the Start and Finish line. You can get tickets here.

Friday Concerts in the Park
With a full schedule of live music planned, concert-goers can enjoy a weekly variety of music to satisfy all tastes from pop to jazz to blues to classic rock. The family-friendly concert series is now in its 32nd year and claims the title of Tampa’s longest running concert series, always local and always free. Eastern Hillsborough Community Band will perform live.

Part catechism class, part stand-up routine, this interactive comedy is one of the longest-running shows in U.S. theater history. You, the audience member, are part of Sister’s class. She’ll take you back to the days of the Latin Mass, meatless Fridays, and remind you about that good old ruler across the knuckles.

TASTE @ The Straz – Formerly known as Best of Tampa Bay
Tampa’s best party is back with a new name and a new look, but the same “eat, drink, party” spirit! This is an all-you-can-eat food and drink extravaganza boasting more than 50 of the area’s finest restaurants and caterers, as well as wine, liquor, and craft beer tastings. Also, enjoy full open bars and five live bands. Since its inception 34 years ago, this signature fundraising event has generated more than $2.5 million for arts education programs.

Spend your Sunday strolling through Seminole Heights taking in the sights and sounds of the neighborhood. You can choose to take this self-guided tour by private vehicle, bicycle, or ride in an air-conditioned trolleys. Tour proceeds will support neighborhood projects and local charities.

Winefest of Italy
The Italian Club of Tampa will be showcasing Italy’s vast wine regions. A selection of wines from California’s regions will also be available for sampling. A Wine Shop will be available to conveniently purchase your favorites bottles after sampling them. There will also be plenty of tasty food available from Tampa Bay area restaurants.
