Tacos Las Californias Instagram feed makes you want to eat your phone. Their birria recipe is phenomenal, and they make a birria ramen special that is out of this world. The restaurant/food truck is now expanding with a brand new brick-and-mortar location at 4007 Fiesta Plaza in Tampa. The opening is officially set for November 7 from 11am-9pm.
This is one of the original spots for quesabirria in town. Tacos Las Californias beef birria is served on a crispy red flavorful corn tortilla with melted mozzarella cheese with cilantro and onions consome on the side. The restaurant’s Cali Rolls are crispy bits of flavor dynamite. 4 corn tortillas are filled with shredded chicken rolled and fried topped with lettuce, cream, cotija cheese and pico de Gallo.
Tacos Las Californias also offers up massive supreme burritos, and addictive carne asada fries. Owner and chef Chris Gracia has cooked his way into the hearts and palates of diners across the city of Tampa. His birria ramen constantly sold out when it was added to the menu. The scent of red elixir will make you cartoon float to this restaurant.
Tacos Las Californias is also in operation at two other locations:
- 7007 N. Armenia Ave
- 5635 Memorial Hwy
Just so you know, when we say we need a little TLC, what we mean is Tacos Las Californias.
