Predalina, a new restaurant in the heart of Tampa’s Water Street District, is now open on the ground floor of Cora at 1001 Cumberland Avenue. The menu delivers one of the best seafood experiences in all of Tampa.
The restaurant is crafted by the founders of Oxford Commons Hospitality Company, Blake Casper and Allison Casper Adams, known for their exceptional portfolio of hospitality and retail shops in Tampa, including the beloved Oxford Exchange, The Library, Current Hotel, and The Stovall House. Predalina pays homage to their great-grandmother, Predaliana Oliveira. Living in vibrant seaside communities from Recife, Brazil, to Porto, Portugal, and Providence, Rhode Island, she served as an inspiration for the restaurant’s name as well as the menu and decor.

Designed by the acclaimed Oxford Design Studio, Smith Dalia Architects, and NAINOA Interior Design & Architecture, Predalina’s architecture and interior design sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. Spanning an impressive 7,000 square feet indoors, featuring a large dining room and expansive bar area, the space is complemented by 2,000-square-foot of shaded outdoor patio space. Predalina promises an enchanting dining experience that delights the senses.
