Mixon Fruit Farm a local landmark and family go-to location in Bradenton since 1939, has been listed for sale. The 39-acre farm includes a residence, storefront, warehouse, barn, pavilion, and pastures. It’s located at 2525 27th Street E in Bradenton.

While the entire farm is for sale, developers are expressing interest. This family-owned farm has been passed down through the generations and now area residents may have a limited opportunity to pick up their favorite citrus or take an outing to Mixon Fruit Farm. The property has been listed by Selina G. Bradley, a real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Realty, and is on the market for $15.8 million.
