No need to go searching for eggs full of candy – the good stuff is coming straight to your table this year. Downtown Tampa’s historic Hotel Flor announced a mouthwatering and chef-driven Easter brunch inside its majestic ballroom this spring, making Easter Sunday plans a no-brainer.

The “eggs-travagant” brunch takes place on Sunday, March 31 from 10 am – 1 pm, and the immaculate spread includes all-you-can-eat goodness, featuring seven different stations with fresh-cooked dishes and hot cuts of meat sliced right in front of you. Plus, the Easter Bunny will be on hand for free pictures with guests of all ages.

Reservations are available online now or by calling Hotel Flor at 813-225-1700. Guests can enjoy bottomless brunch for $70 per adult, $45 for ages 6-11, and $30 for ages 3-5. The all-you-can-eat Easter brunch features a Spreads and Greens Bar, multiple chef-attended stations, two buffets, a full dessert bar, and much more.

Ready for a tease of what to expect? If you’re feeling more breakfast-y, we already have our eyes on the stuffed French toast with lemon curd and blueberries. Plus, there’s an entire station with chefs making omelets to order just how you like ’em, with seasonal toppings and assorted cheeses. And don’t miss fresh-cooked, sizzling applewood-smoked bacon and peppered country sausage.

Feeling more on the savory side? The roasted prime rib promises to be a star, cut to order by a chef and served with rosemary au jus, creamy horseradish, and dijon. And what would Easter be without a juicy and succulent ham? At Hotel Flor’s Easter Brunch, it comes our favorite way: glazed with bourbon and pineapple and served up sliced just for you.

And make sure you come hungry – that’s just a small portion of the offerings the chefs of Hotel Flor have teased. Of the dozens more options, standouts include Chicken Francese, Salmon Oscar with a roasted red pepper coulis, and an incredible range of high-end sides to round out every plate. Plus, there are options for kids (or picky eaters), such as buttermilk-battered chicken tenders, mini corn dogs, and more. The creamy mac and cheese, of course, will be devoured by those of all ages.
