Tampa continues to flourish as major events destination. The Super Bowl, the NHL All-Star game and more massive sporting events plan to make Tampa its host city. This week, the city will be brimming with futbol fever when the Gold Cup arrives at Raymond James Stadium.
US Men’s National Team arrives in Tampa
The CONCACAF Gold Cup is the official national team championship of the region, which will crown the best of North America, Central America and the Caribbean.
Tampa was one of fourteen cities selected across the country to host the tournament, which includes the Rose Bowl in Los Angeles, the AT&T Stadium in Dallas, the Alamodome in San Antonio and the Sports Authority Field in Denver.
