Gaia Donuts, a vegan and gluten-free bakery owned and operated by Sarah Hunt Bollhorst, will soft open its new bakery at 6617 North Nebraska Avenue on March 6. The soft opening begins at 10am and runs through 2pm.
This is a business grown from compassion and love, and it is changing the way diners treat allergies one donut/cake at a time.

A top 8 allergen free bakery
Every baked treat is top 8 allergen free: Gaia uses no wheat, soy, dairy, egg, yeast, tree nuts, peanuts, or artificial color. Their boxes are recycled and they are cruelty free.
Some scintillating donut flavors include pumpkin, cinnamon crunch, and triple chocolate, among others.
A GoFundMe was launched in the fall to assist with renovations to the new space. You can still contribute and donate online.

Showcasing progress in the city of Tampa
“We are not 100% finished, but far enough along to let you see what we have been doing these past few weeks,” wrote Gaia in an announcement on Instagram.
The bakery has popped up at businesses and breweries across the city of Tampa. This new brick and mortar location will allow Bollhorst to accommodate more custom orders while reaching an even larger audience in Tampa.
