The North Carolina-based restaurant chain, famous for its burgers, shakes, and an array of Southern-style comfort foods, has recently acquired two locations in Tampa: 5501 E. Fowler Ave. and 16215 N. Dale Mabry Highway. These two hubs would be Florida’s first Cook Out locations.
