Food trucks are in the city of Tampa’s DNA. I’d follow Vamos Food Truck (try their arepas ASAP) all over the region if I had the time. Breweries, bars, and local parks all serve as tasty venues for our mobile food purveyors to post up and serve the community, and a new concept has just rolled into the fray. Time to try Bubba Q’s.
Bubba’s Q is famous for its boneless ribs and honey bar-b-q sauce. The concept rose to prominence after a fine showing on the TV show Shark Tank. Bubba’s operated as a restaurant out of Cleveland for 13 years before closing its brick and mortar and hitting the road. You can of course find Bubba’s Q products are grocery stores across the country, but nothing beats the fresh, real thing.
