Santelli Pizza + Pasta has officially opened at 13557 State Road 54 in Odessa. The gourmet family-owned, Italian restaurant is overflowing New York City charm.
Santelli’s is bringing classic Long Island-style pizza to the region, and one bite is all you need to be completely enamored with the concept.

Everything you enjoy is made in house by Ralph Santelli and his family.
“Over the past {however many months}, we’ve been menu planning, designing our new home, and handpicking a team of awesome humans to serve you,” wrote the owners in a Facebook post. “Throughout the entire process we’ve learned so much. Opening a restaurant under “normal” circumstances is an adventure… Trying to open Santelli in 2020 felt more like a Lord of the Rings marathon.”
The Italian-American family is a group of food lovers who “live for a serious bowl of spaghetti and meatballs followed by two scoops of chocolate gelato,” according to the website.

They will be incorporating wine, beer, pizza, and pasta dishes into their menu, but the final version has yet to be announced. Their website promises food that “will make you want to kiss your fingers and open them to the sky.”
The restaurant was originally slated to open in April, but the debut was pushed back due to the global situation. At long last they are ready to serve hungry residents in Odessa, and those willing to make the trip outside the city.
