Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, a nationally-renowned establishment combining an upscale casual dining restaurant, full-service bar, Napa-style tasting room, and artisanal retail market, will open its second Tampa area location in Wesley Chapel on Monday, November 20 at 28963 State Road 56.
The Wesley Chapel location pays homage to Florida’s architectural heritage, “evoking the Florida cracker style with a take on the Georgian four-square hip-roof in the entry tower,” according to a release from the restaurant. This new venue is substantial. It can accommodate up to 368 people, with an additional 48 on is outdoor patio.

Wines are made at the company’s main winery in Illinois and then aged and served at nationwide locations onsite. The Wesley Chapel restaurant will be the 57th location for the expanding restaurant group.
“Tampa has seen tremendous growth over the past decade, and our team is thrilled to open our second location within the city,” said Tim McEnery, Founder and CEO. “We are excited to be a part of this vibrant community and look forward to introducing our unique dining and wine experience to the residents and visitors of Wesley Chapel.”
