It’s happening again. The ultimate homage to all things Gilmore Girls returns to Tampa courtesy of the fantastic Elevenses (1001 E Columbus Dr), a beautiful bakery in Historic Ybor City. Lines formed around the block the last time they launched this menu, so they’ve opted to go bigger this year with a 3-week run of the themed menu. The Gilmore Girls-themed menu will be available May 15-June 1 with a special preview on Mother’s Day (May 12), which will be pre-order only.
“We’ll be featuring a full counter of GG themed bakes (+increasing production so hopefully less early sell outs), a special GG drinks menu, and some really cool merch + shop decor and music for that all-important immersive experience,” writes owner Jade Yelvington.

A full menu will drop next week, so make sure you’re following the bakery on Instagram for updates. Elevenses will close May 4-11 to prepare for the event.
This spot is so worth visiting before the special menu launch. Elevenses is an Ybor City gem with a menu that will throttle your sweet tooth. The triple berry pop tarts will make your mornings so much better, and the buttermilk cheese and onion scones are the perfect midday snack.
Elevenses also slings magic sugar cookies, stuffed chocolate chip cookies, and oatmeal cream pies. You can take a glimpse at the menu online. Yelvington also has a full coffee bar.

The bakery is open Wed-Fri from 12pm-6pm, and Saturdays from 11am-4pm.
