BT Nguyen took the Tampa foodie scene by storm. The chef and restauranteur brought traditional Vietnamese cuisine to our city. Nguyen’s list of concepts include: Exodus, Café BT, The Yellow Door, Noodle Lounge, Restaurant BT and currently the restaurant/garden patio BT.
Her dishes have been featured in Bon Appetit, Condé Nast, Travel and Leisure and on Emeril’s Florida. Fans of her food will be elated to know BT To Go & Bistro is set to open October 12 at 4267 Henderson Boulevard. This casual restaurant will have about 20 seats inside and 10 outside.

It will feature the same to go menu as BT To Go, which features dishes like the decadent banh mi sandwich, organic chicken curry stew, BT’s famous chili cabbage salad, vegetarian pumpkin soup. Diners will also be treated to a new Bistro menu. The restaurant will make use of a garden outside where they’ll grow fresh herbs and veggies to use with their dishes.
BT To Go & Bistro, the community oriented concept, will be open Monday through Saturday, from 11:30am to 9:30pm.
