Neapolitan pizza and fresh pasta in Tampa Heights

One new vendor will serve wood fired brick oven Neapolitan pizza and fresh pasta.  Genuine Neapolitan pizza dough consists of wheat flour, natural Neapolitan yeast or brewer’s yeast, salt and water.

It also must be made with San Marzano tomatoes, which grow on the volcanic plains to the south of Mount Vesuvius, and Mozzarella di Bufala Campana, according to experts.

Southern Farm to Fork concept debuting soon

Another vendor will put a southern twist on the farm to fork movement. While no specific menu items have been announced, photos released showcase thick cut bacon, tender ribs and massive hunks of fried chicken. Oh, and hearty biscuits, too.

We’re here for all fo this.

Follow The Hall on Franklin on Facebook for specific updates on these new vendors. Hopefully their arrival doesn’t mean other vendors are leaving because we love all the food at this Tampa Heights hotspot equally.
