I scream, you scream, we all scream for (Jeni’s Splendid) Ice Cream! The super popular ice cream brand out of Ohio is upping its Florida presence. Yes, you can currently find cartons of Jeni’s buttercream smooth flavors at most Publix Grocery stores in the region, but soon you’ll be able to get the full Jeni’s Splendid scoop experience.
The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that Jeni’s will open two new concepts in downtown Tampa. Sparkman Wharf confirmed the news in a Facebook post.

Residents might remember when Jeni’s brought its ice cream truck (with free scoops) to the Tampa Bay region in 2019. Apparently it was during that visit that the owner and founder of the ice cream empire fell in love with the city of Tampa.
Jeni’s will open at Sparkman Wharf, joining concepts like Blind Tiger, Gallito, Whatever Pops, and The Corners Pizza in the dining garden.

The ice cream shop will also open at The Pearl, near Armature Works Food Hall in the Heights.

Some of Jeni’s most interesting flavors include skillet cinnamon roll, pineapple upside down cake, Texas sheet cake, Black Forest Cake, and Boston Cream Pie.
