The Tampa Bay Lightning have won the Stanley Cup

The Tampa Bay Lightning are champions! Yes, Tampa’s NHL squad went on a winning streak in the Stanley Cup playoffs en route to an appearance in the finals. The Tampa Bay Lightning faced off against a tough Dallas Stars team, but managed to bring it home in 6 games.

This is a dream come true for the players, especially for team captain Steve Stamkos. Stamkos was unable to compete in game 6 due to injury.
