The beloved game and cult classic film ‘CLUE’ comes to hilarious life at the Straz Center

A performance cast

Get your candlestick and find a hiding spot in The Study – our favorite board game is being brought to life. ‘CLUE‘ officially debuts at The Straz (1010 N MacInnes Pl) on May 28, the beginning of a six-day run for the hilarious murder mystery performance based on the fan-favorite 1985 Paramount Pictures movie classic, inspired by the Hasbro board game.

The show officially runs May 28 – June 2 in Morsani Hall, with eight different performances available to choose from throughout CLUE‘s run. Tickets are available starting at $34.75, and we recommend securing yours quick – these shows will likely sell out!

In this stage version of CLUE, audiences will be taken right into the mansion, joining the colorful cast of characters as they attempt to answer the most important question of all – whodunit? As the hijinks ensue, so too will the laughs and the uproarious experience. CLUE is the ultimate comedic murder mystery, and this limited-time run at The Straz is expected to be a hot ticket.

Fans of the 1985 film will immediately recognize their favorite (and most murderous) characters, as the secrets of their past are brought out from the dark. The performance promises mystery and mirth alike, with The Straz describing the show as “the ultimate whodunit.”

“Murder and blackmail are on the menu when six mysterious guests assemble at Boddy Manor for a night they’ll never forget! Was it Mrs. Peacock in the study with the knife? Or was it Colonel Mustard in the library with the wrench? Based on the fan-favorite 1985 Paramount Pictures movie and inspired by the classic Hasbro board game, CLUE is the ultimate whodunit that will leave you dying of laughter and keep you guessing until the final twist.”
