The Bucs, Bolts, Rowdies, and Rays have all provided the city of Tampa, and the entire region with tons of epic moments, buzzer-beaters, overtime plays, and memorable boat parades. Even when the teams are struggling, the games themselves are always a good time. I think we’re pretty fortunate to be in a city where our teams very consistently make it to the postseason. Plus, remeber that time the Bucs won the Super Bowl at home at Raymond James Stadium? Not to mention the antiicpated arrival of our new Super Leage team the Tampa Bay Sun.

Overall, Tampa ranked as the 28th best sports city in America, according to WalletHub. To determine the rankings, WalletHub compared 397 cities across more than 50 key metrics related to the top 5 sports in the US: football, basketball, soccery, hockey, and baseball.

Tampa’s best ranking came for hockey (no suprises here). Amalie Arena has made a diehard hockey fan of me. the gameday experience is phenomenal. Even if you don’t have a ticket to the actual game, the pre game parties in Thunder Alley are fantastic. We also have ample sports bars to catch all the major games.

For the Bucs, the city showed out for Creamcicle Day with a huge fireworks display, multiple themed events along the Riverwalk, and of course pre-game festivities outside of Raymond James Stadium.
