Tampa Theatre screening Mean Girls on Mean Girls Day

October 3 holds a special place in all of our hearts, plastics and non-plastics alike. Mean Girls is one of those rare nearly perfect movies. It’s funny, it’s poignant, it’s almost timeless, even if the rise of tech has dated some aspects of high school survival.

It’s a movie I first saw on TV, because I was one of the unfortunate few who slept on it when it first came out in theaters (please don’t put me in your burn book).

Now I, along with the rest of Tampa, can see it in all of its glory on the big screen.

On this day Aaron Samuels asked me what day Mean Girls is screening at Tampa Theatre. I replied, “October 3.”

General admission is $8, and $5 for Tampa Theatre members. Doors open at 6:30pm, and the screening will begin around 7:30pm.
