The Tampa Theatre is a movie palace. It is brimming with magic and each holiday season it brings joy and jubilance to Franklin Street. You can see your favorite holiday films back on the big screen at our near-century-old cinema from November through January.
Visitors can sing along with holiday carols with the Mighty Wurlitzer Theatre Organ before the show. No matter how many concerts I see in my lifetime, I’m not sure anything is going to compare to watching the Mighty Wurlitzer ascend and descend into the Tampa Theatre stage. Here is the full lineup of holiday classics coming to Tampa Theatre (711 N Franklin St) this holiday season:
Sunday, November 26 at 3pm: Miracle on 34th Street
Sunday, December 3 at 3pm: National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation
Sunday, December 10 at 3pm: The Grinch (2018)
December 15-21 at various times: It’s a Wonderful Life
Sunday, December 24 at 3pm: White Christmas
Sunday, December 31 at 3pm: RENT
Sunday, January 7 at 3pm: Frozen
Tickets can be reserved in advance on Tampa Theatre’s website.
