For nearly 30 years, Tampa Bay Blues Festival has been one of the region’s premier musical events, and this year’s rendition in St. Pete is better than ever. Tampa Bay’s original blues fest makes its return April 14-16, a full weekend of rocking downtown St. Pete with the world’s best blues music and musicians.

Headliners include Robert Cray, Tower of Power, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, and Tab Benoit, though the mainstage will be pumping out great tunes for 10 hours straight every day. Gates open at noon on Friday and Saturday, and 12:30 pm on Sunday. Plus, don’t miss the kickoff party on Thursday, April 13 at The Palladium featuring 2022 BB King Entertainer of the Year Tommy Castro and The Painkillers.

Single day GA tickets start at $60, and VIP passes start at $300, which include front stage seating, a private backstage area with large shade tents and huge views of Tampa Bay, complimentary beers, wines, beverages and a meal each day, and private air conditioned rest rooms.

For decades, the biggest names in blues have taken the stage in St. Pete as part of the Tampa Bay Blues Festival. The event is truly America’s greatest waterfront blues fest, and proceeds from the event benefit their charity partner, Parc Center for Disabilities.

Tampa Bay Blues Festival has established itself as one of the world’s preeminent blues concerts and was the recipient of the Blues Foundation’s 2011 “Keepin’ the Blues Alive” award for Best U.S. Blues Festival. Over the years, the stage has welcomed legends such as Stephen Stills, Buddy Guy, George Thorogood, Taj Mahal, Robert Cray, Delbert McClinton, Little Feat, Jonny Lang, Los Lobos, Jerry Lee Lewis, Koko Taylor, Jimmie Vaughan, Irma Thomas, Susan Tedeschi, and others, in what has truly become a magnificent celebration of music.
