One of the tastiest festivals of the year in Tampa is right around the corner. The 3rd Annual Tampa Bay Empanada Festival returns to Perry Harvey, Sr. Park (1000 E Harrison St) on Saturday, March 29 from 12-8 pm, showcasing one of the biggest collections of international chefs and food trucks the city has seen.

After smashing success in its first two years, the 2025 rendition of the Tampa Bay Empanada Festival is set to be the biggest one yet. There will be empanadas from 17+ countries available for guests to savor, creating one of the wildest foodie experiences of the spring festival season in Tampa Bay. Tickets are available now, with General Admission tickets starting at $7, and a variety of VIP and Upgrade ticket options also available.

All told, this year’s festival will feature more than two dozen chefs and food trucks, totaling 100+ types of empanadas for guests to feast on. And of course, there will be plenty more than just those fried pockets of goodness, as the specialty vendors will also be offering a diverse selection of delicious bites unique to their skills and normal menus.

Attendees can also enjoy live music, a DJ, craft cocktails, an arts and crafts market, and interactive experiences. New this year is the Fiesta Fun Zone (included in all tickets), which includes inflatables, a dining tent with tables, cocktails, and games like beer pong, corn hole and giant Jenga.

Children 12 and under get into the festival grounds for free. In addition to food, there will be beer, spirits, cocktails, wine and soft drinks available for purchase throughout the festival grounds.
