Florida Orchestra Pops Series @ the Straz Center

Hilary Kole will take you “Over the Rainbow” and beyond in a night of Judy Garland’s favorite songs from such classic films as Meet Me in St. Louis, Broadway Melody, A Star is Born, and The Wizard of Oz. Tampa International Dragon Boat Races

4th Annual Bubbles & Butterflies Gala

 

 

Redefining Refuge, a Tampa Bay Non-Profit Organization dedicated to fighting for local children who have been victims of Sex Trafficking; invites the community to come out for the organization's 4th Annual Fundraiser Gala, ”Bubbles & Butterflies." Please join us for an evening of live music, exclusive champagnes, a bourbon bar, and heavy hors d'oeuvres. Tickets and Sponsorships can be secured online. Celtic Woman @ the Straz Center

Tampa Bay Whiskey Society – Private Barrel Event

Join the Tampa Bay Whiskey Society as they gather at The Cigar Castle with a Four Roses brand ambassador to dig deep into the Four Roses warehouses to select a private barrel which will be specially bottled and labeled for the Society. The event will kick off with an education in the history of bourbon in America along with Four Roses’ storied past in the whiskey industry. From there, the group will explore Four Roses’ standard Yellow Label, Single Barrel and Small Batch whiskies. Following the lecture and initial tasting, any interested member can join in as they delve deeper into Four Roses’ Private Barrel program. Several samples of unreleased bourbons will be provided and each taster will make notes and grade each sample. 2pm-5pm. FREE. 11724 North 56th Street
