Warby Parker Brings Showroom to Tampa 

Warby Parker, the popular designer eyewear company, is opening a showroom in downtown Tampa at the Oxford Exchange. The cultural mecca currently features a small store where you can buy everything from artbooks, decorative plates and stunning to pens, to furniture, razors and candles. The OE also has a bookstore, a tea shop, run by TeBella Tea Company, a restaurant, which serves one of our favorite brunches, and an event space/venue.

The Warby Parker showroom will feature an array of frames from leading designers. Same-day nonprescription sales will be available to customers, as well as frame adjustments and optical measurements. We're excited to have the company that Fast Company just named one of the 50 Most Innovative in the heart of our city. The showroom will open on Saturday, Feb. 20. The Oxford Exchange, 420 West Kennedy Boulevard. 

 

 

Drama Burger Opens

There's a new burger spot in town. Drama Burger recently opened its doors in Tampa and is serving some savory bites.

This gourmet burger boutique is from Europe and brings with is a a profound speciality: home-smoked pastrami burger. They won't detail how they make it, but experience the end result should satisfy curious customers.

Their first burger of the month features smoked pulled pork, homemade Carolina BBQ sauce, jalapenos, caramelized corn, skinny fries and house mayo. To make their signature burgers they mince fresh meat every day, mix their own sauces and marinate their own pickles daily. It's freshness defined.  They have one other location in Lithuania. We're glad they decided to bring their flavor to Tampa.
