Billed as Hyde House Heights, this third concept from Gianco Companies represents multiple years of patiently waiting for an opportunity. It’s set to take over the space where Bay 3 Coworking originated. Brand new dedicated desks, meeting rooms, private offices and an events space will debut right along the Tampa Riverwalk this spring.

That friend he refers to is Chas Bruck, developer of Armature Works, and the surrounding Heights District. The Tampa Heights area is one of the hottest markets in the state of Florida. Armature Works already offers an array of high-end and fast casual eateries to indulge in. The area is also home to Urban Kai, a kayak and paddle board rental company, and is just a few minutes away from the massive Sprouts Farmers Market. Hyde House Heights opening in April in Tampa Heights
Hyde House Heights will be the annex of their flagship location in Hyde Park village. As a private membership club, it will offer office space, individual memberships, and of course premier event space to complement the already mature events business at Armature Works. This new space will showcase art from Public Studio, water view surroundings, comfortable seating, multiple conference rooms, and spacious private offices, along with the amenities and restaurants just downstairs in Armature Works.
Most of the renovations of the space will be complete by the end of March. Reservations for memberships and offices are filling up quickly with occupancy available as early as the beginning of April.
