A James Beard Award-winning Chef Edward Lee will host a special event at the Epicurean Hotel (1207 S Howard Ave) on June 3 from 6pm-8pm. Guests are invited to join an unforgettable evening of culinary exploration celebrating the release of Chef Edward Lee’s latest book, Bourbon Land. Immerse yourself in the world of bourbon as Chef Lee guides attendees through his new book, paying homage to Kentucky’s iconic spirit with original recipes, bourbon history, and industry insights. Tickets to the event are $175.
Attendees will have the opportunity to experience Chef Lee’s culinary magic firsthand during a 90-minute live demo featuring four exquisite dishes from Bourbon Land. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with Four Roses Bourbon, enhancing the dining experience and creating an unforgettable culinary journey.
