South Tampa is getting a new fast-casual comfort food hotspot. Graze, the all-day American restaurant that first opened at Armature Works, announced an upcoming third location, with plans to open in Ballast Point later this year.
Located at 5232 S. MacDill Ave., construction has already begun on the new spot, with the opening expected to come in late 2026. This location will be Graze’s second in South Tampa and third overall, after opening near Plant High School following the success at Armature Works.

Graze says the new spot south of Gandy is designed to serve neighborhood residents, service members and visitors alike, while featuring the same handcrafted artisan burgers, comfort-driven American classics and locally inspired specials that have become Graze favorites. The all-day restaurant offers brunch, lunch and dinner, and this new location will serve breakfast seven days a week beginning at 7 am on weekdays and 8 am on weekends.
Other features of the new Graze include an outdoor patio, dining room and bar seating, takeout and online ordering with a dedicated entrance, and a full surface parking lot.
“Opening our third location in Ballast Point is a big milestone for us,” owner Raymond Menendez said. “We’ve had so many people tell us they’d love to have a Graze closer to home, so Ballast Point just felt like the perfect fit. We also saw an opportunity to bring a fresh, fast-casual dining option to the neighborhood. We’re excited to become part of the community and create a place where families, our regular guests, and first-time visitors can gather, enjoy a great meal, and feel right at home.”
